Welcome, beloved. Before you step into any of our offerings — free rituals, paid courses, or 1:1 containers — please take a few minutes to read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). By accessing this website, purchasing a program, or working with Honeybee Love Alchemy in any capacity, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this site or purchase our offerings.

1. About Us

Honeybee Love Alchemy ("we," "us," "our," "the Company") is a women's embodiment and sacred feminine coaching brand, operated as a sole proprietorship by Honeybee, offering somatic, breathwork, sensual radiance, and flow-arts based coaching, digital courses, and live events, including but not limited to HELD, Sovereign & Sultry, and Sensual Radiance.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Honeybee Love Alchemy offers coaching, education, and embodiment practices for personal growth and self-exploration. We are not a licensed medical provider, therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist, and nothing offered through this site, our courses, sessions, or events constitutes medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Somatic work, breathwork, and movement practices can bring up strong physical and emotional responses. By participating, you acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily participating in these practices at your own risk.

You are responsible for consulting a licensed physician or mental health professional before participating if you have any physical, psychiatric, or medical condition, are pregnant, or are otherwise uncertain whether these practices are appropriate for you.

We may recommend you seek outside professional support at any time, and reserve the right to decline or pause services if we believe this is in your best interest.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in coaching sessions, breathwork, cacao ceremonies, movement, flow arts, or any embodiment practice offered by Honeybee Love Alchemy involves inherent physical and emotional risk. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury, discomfort, or emotional activation that may result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Honeybee Love Alchemy, its founder, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from your participation in our programs, sessions, or events.

4. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on your personal growth and is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions during and after coaching. Honeybee Love Alchemy makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching, courses, or programs.

5. Digital Products & Course Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access instructions to your program (e.g. HELD, Sovereign & Sultry) via email.

Access to paid digital content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce course materials, audio, or content without written permission.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any digital product at our discretion, and will make reasonable efforts to notify active participants of material changes.

6. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD and are due in full at time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content (immediate access) and the personal, transformational nature of our coaching containers, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital product, course, or 1:1 container, regardless of usage or completion.

Live events (including cacao ceremonies, breathwork journeys, and in-person experiences) are treated the same as tickets to a concert or theatre performance: all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance. If you cannot attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else at your discretion, but we do not issue refunds or credits.

1:1 container payment plans, if offered, are binding for the full program cost regardless of whether you complete all sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our programs — including but not limited to written material, audio, video, course structure, branding, and imagery — is the intellectual property of Honeybee Love Alchemy and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

8. Testimonials & Results

Testimonials shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results. Your personal outcomes will depend on your own circumstances, effort, and engagement with the material.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

Honeybee Love Alchemy is an affiliate for third-party programs, including Layla Martin's VITA Coaching Certification. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through our links, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend programs we genuinely believe in.

10. User Conduct

When engaging with our community spaces (Telegram, email lists, live events, etc.), you agree to conduct yourself respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a community space, program, or event who engages in harassment, disruptive behavior, or violates the emotional safety of the container.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honeybee Love Alchemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in our programs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our programs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
